The Winter Wellbeing Guide is a great resource for helping patients manage their condition. By answering a few short questions about your lung condition and symptoms over winter, you will get free, personalised health advice sent to your inbox.

96% of people who signed up last year found the guide useful for managing their lung condition – and 71% said they felt better able to manage their lung condition throughout the winter season.
